Cookie Policy
Last Updated: October 21, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Sentic.io ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on sentic.io (the "Site"), what each one does, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can recognize your browser on later visits. "First-party" cookies are set by the site you are visiting. "Third-party" cookies are set by another company whose tools run on that site. We also use similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, and scripts, that collect information when a page loads. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
Some cookies expire when you close your browser ("session cookies"). Others stay on your device until they expire or you delete them ("persistent cookies").
2. How We Use Cookies
We group the cookies on our Site into four categories:
- Strictly necessary: required for the Site to work and to remember your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off through our cookie banner.
- Analytics and performance: help us understand how visitors find and use the Site, such as which pages they view and where they came from, so we can improve it.
- Functional: support features you choose to use, such as booking a meeting through our scheduling tool.
- Advertising and targeting: help us measure our advertising, show relevant ads on other sites and platforms, and understand which companies visit our Site.
Where the law requires your consent, we only set analytics, functional, and advertising cookies after you agree to them through our cookie banner.
3. Cookies and Tools on Our Site

4. Your Choices
4.1 Our Cookie Banner
When you first visit the Site, our cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choices at any time through the cookie settings link on the Site.
4.2 Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser, as required by applicable state law.
4.3 Browser Settings
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site from working, and your choices apply only to the browser and device you set them on. Your browser's help pages explain how: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
4.4 Provider Opt-Outs
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google ads personalization: My Ad Center.
- Meta ads: your Facebook ad preferences.
- Interest-based ads from participating companies: the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tools.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Residents of California and of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, along with rights to access, correct, and delete personal information. Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR and the UK GDPR, and we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies for them. See Section 6 of our Privacy Policy for details. To make a request, email privacy@sentic.io.
6. Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when the tools on our Site change. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
