mLive provides automated patient engagement software tailored for dental practices. They were experiencing increased demand from their dental practice clients for online advertising services, so they came to us as a strategic execution partner to launch and scale PPC campaigns for each practice– in addition to the email and social media engagement campaigns they offered.
The partnership required hyper-customization, as each dental practice had their own goals and at least three patient touch points to enter the sales funnel. To add to the complexity, each dental practice market was unique and the target radius around each practice varied greatly.
To provide a strategy that would drive efficient and effective leads for the dental practices, our team’s top priority was to review each practice’s conversion actions to ensure a solid advertising ROI and set a foundation for future strategic initiatives. As part of this effort, we integrated each practice with CallRail software for improved call analytics and reporting.
With the foundation in place, the team adjusted location targeting based on each practice’s location and proximity to competing practices. Keyword targeting was also adjusted to reflect all the services and offers available to new patients.
Finally, Google My Business profiles were connected to individual Google Ads accounts to consume more real estate on the search results page. This ad extension type complemented the advertising messaging and allowed potential patients to know when they were near a dental practice.
