Meet the partners

Ben Otfinoski

Hello! I’m Ben Otfinoski, partner and CEO of Sentic. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been passionate about building things. From constructing mountain bike trails in my back yard as a kid to establishing my first company in college, I’ve always been drawn to the process of creating something. Spending my career in digital marketing has allowed me to tap into this passion in ways I could have never imagined…building teams and technology, curating innovative digital strategies, and helping brands cultivate meaningful connections with their customers has allowed me to absolutely love what I do every day.

Prior to Sentic, I led go-to-market strategy at SIM Partners, a Chicago-based local SEO technology firm which ultimately was acquired by I also previously founded, a customized ski vacation booking site and NuPal, a local discovery platform for Chicagoans.

When I’m not working with our amazing team and customers, you can find me spending time with my wife, Sommar, and our dog, Franklin exploring New England. I also love skiing, practicing (fruitlessly) on my golf game, and rooting for all New England sports teams. Go Pats!

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

“If you’re going to do something – attack it.”

Dionte Pounds

I’m Dionte Pounds, partner and head of client service at Sentic. I have spent my entire career in the world of PPC advertising. Beginning with a college internship doing paid search ads, I was soon promoting my own website with Google Ads while still in school. After graduating from Indiana University I moved to Chicago to work with 3Q Digital, a fast-growing independent agency. My time at 3Q helped to accelerate my skills, and I benefited from working along innovative companies like SurveyMonkey, GoFundMe, and Fitbit.

Throughout this journey, I’ve seen it all. The Google ecosystem is my speciality, but I also have years of experience across Marketplace and Social ads including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit.

Outside of work, I live in the Old Town neighborhood of Chicago with my girlfriend and our dog. I like to spend my spare time in the gym, collecting vinyl records and watching sports.
